This place also rents duplexes in Broken Arrow. After being there a year and always paying rent in the amount of $850.00 they decide to not renew our lease without any reason whatsoever. Susan Burch is the current manager and Darryl / Larry own the business from what I am told. So here is the deal: we purchased a house 14 years ago from Barrington homes who screwed us in every way possible with Steve White who closed that thing and probably opened up something else. We were very skeptical. BUT Sterling was the best of the home builders. Two months into the house they are responding to the new home issues (by the way, all homes have something that has to get taken care of). Love them...use them!
