This place was really awful. Would highly recommend going elsewhere. They are extremely rude and only care about taking your money. If you didn’t pay extra every month for parking it was awful. I’ve had random cars park in my spot that I paid for and the apartment didn’t care to do anything. At that point you have to park a mile away. Our neighbors were awful and shook our apartment every day and we heard them screaming every night. Again, management didn’t care to do anything. There must be new staff here. As of July 2018, the staff have been wonderful. They are very cheerful and positive and do not pressure us to move in. My only complaint is the parking. There are almost no spots to park and if there is it's on the other side of the complex or outside the gate. Despite that, this is a great place to live.

Moving into Sterling Heights apartments on Ellsworth road has been the absolute worst choice I've ever made. Management is horrible. BEFORE we signed the lease I asked if I have an ESA dog that is a German Shepherd with a doctors note, does the breed restriction still apply and they said "Of course not as long as you have a doctors note". Aspen (my German Shepherd) is my ESA dog by law. I have a doctors note (that I gave them). They're trying to say since she is a German Shepherd we can't have her because it's against the br... read more
