I moved in with friends here and I have been so happy. Any issue within minutes José with maintenance comes and fixes it. Legit, the other day I told my roommate a screw fell out of the door. Angela Woodson in the leasing office is amazing. I was interested in a rental and she went above and beyond to show me the unit and amenities plus break down all the costs involved. While I really wanted the unit but felt with utilities it was too expensive, I would recommend Angela and the property to anyone looking for a nice rental in the area.
Find someplace else. I have a long list of complaints. My base monthly rent for a dark one bedroom apartment that received no direct sun was $2520. We won’t talk about the patio that I never used because it was covered in rat feces. I broke my lease and moved out early paying the two months extra—okay that’s fair. I was told by the manager that I had to be out by the 26th of the month, when I pushed back, she gave me an explanation I didn’t understand, but okay, whatever, I was out by the 26th. Jose the maintenance manager goes above and beyond and very efficient and personable. Angela the property manager is professional, organized and respectful. Great family community to live in.
