Sterling Heights being the first apartment I’ve lived was a great experience. The main reason why we decided on choosing Sterling Heights was because of Angela. From the beginning appointment in person with her, we loved her energy and enthusiasm. Her attitude and personality is what sold us on what was already a beautiful apartment. We are greatly for Angela and the opportunity to live at Sterling Heights Apartments

I appreciate how management went out of their way to make sure my package was delivered safely. We were out of town and Angela was very helpful. also thanks to Rudy who always responds to any maintenance issues right away. Thank you!

I want to share how grateful and thankful I am to live at Sterling Heights and to have Angela as our manager. Since moving here in March, I have truly enjoyed the experience and the beautiful surroundings. Angela is an exceptional manager for so many reasons. I've been at Sterling Heights Apartments in Benicia for over a year now and have received exceptional service from Angela, Rudy and Gennesys. Angela will always try her best to resolve your concerns/issues in a timely manner. She's also very sweet and understanding. And Rudy has been great with all my maintenance requests. Very efficient and on top of it! It's been a great experience living here!
