Sterling Heights has been such a wonderful place to live. The grounds are very well kept and the amenities are awesome. Especially the valet trash pickup. As a single mom with a toddler, taking out the trash is a whole field trip so it's saved me a lot of daily stress. Angela Woodson our property manager is incredible. The units are lovely and just as pictured. The neighborhood is perfectly maintained with various amenities and Angela, the property manager, is kind, responsive and knowledgable!
Sterling Heights is a fantastic place to live. So much so that my family has lived here once before and enjoyed it so we decided to return. The maintenance man, Jose, is hands down the best. He is courteous, friendly (always saying hello to us residents , even my 5 year old daughter who loving calls him Rosé), he works hard and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I moved in with friends here and I have been so happy. Any issue within minutes José with maintenance comes and fixes it. Legit, the other day I told my roommate a screw fell out of the door. Less than five minutes later here was José fixing it. This property is so well maintained. Everyone knows him. Super friendly guy. Angela at the office? I dealt with her with the move in process.
