Loretta is an amazing realtor! She is very educated on all of the rules and regulations of the housing market and treated us like family. Loretta fought for us to where the selling had to pay and correct items before the contract was completed. Maris was always very curt with us and seemed annoyed anytime we got in touch with her. She DID respond quickly when ac needed repaired but all other contact was met with delays. We rented sight unseen from out of state and when we arrived in San Antonio she did not want to let us see the property before we received the keys and made a fuss about "driving all the way across town" We loved the property and neighborhood but it was not worth the hassle of dealing with the property managers.
