Dr Jason Nikkhah doesn't even work there anymore. I don't think this is a great practice. There's not a lot of customers. When I went for a general cleaning they said I had to do an x-ray in order to just get a simple cleaning. They couldn't be bothered to reach out to the previous dentist to get later. Maybe that's the law but when all we want is a simple cleaning, I think they should be able to make that happen. The dentist at Sterling Family Dental is absolutely wonderful! She is skilled, patient, and makes every appointment a smooth experience. I truly appreciate the care and attention I’ve received from the dental staff. However, my consistent issue lies with the receptionist. Had me waiting for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I had to leave, wasting my time and my gas on a weekday. If you have an appointment here, come 30-40 minutes late. You might be right on time.
My first visit and it was bad, 45 minutes of waiting, and the receptionist did not give a solution when I asked something, she only saw the computer as if it were not important.
