Recently had the opportunity to examine a complete restoration done by Sterling Coach. This was a 65 Corvette Convertible restored to perfection. The Black Paint looked 2 feet deep on this car. That can only happen on a Corvette or any fiberglass body car when someone has spent many many hours preparing the body.
