It was a pleasure working with Mallie and Mike in Opelousas and everything went smoothly! Mallie goes above and beyond and is highly recommended. No matter how many times we had questions, she did not hesitate to provide answers and the best service! Sterling is Amazing and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future! did a credit app online to be called by a rather dry salesmen. I explained what I was interested in and he kept bringing up income needed to purchase the vehicle. It was said about 3/4 times until I stopped him and told him what I make. He changed his tone. That information is on the credit application- i’m not trying to waste anyone’s time but I expect to be treated with more tact. I’m not going to keep shopping with dealership. If my husband would have answered i’m sure the experience would have been different
