Service is slow on Saturday. It shouldn't take two hours for a service. Only one technician showed up for work. Management needs to pay these technicians to show up on a Saturday

Was looking for a Tacoma. Salesman lied about what my credit score was. CarMax got me into a 2 year newer tacoma with 70k less miles, all the bells and whistles for a way better APR, trade in value and monthly note after he claimed CarMax wouldn't do any better. Definitely shop around before signing anything here.
