This business was recommended to us by our parents and we couldnt be more happy with the end result. We bought a new house (a real fixer upper) that really needed new carpet and wood. We went to Sterling first to look at samples and were super impressed. They have a big showroom with lots of carpet rolls in stock and also wood and tile and vinyl. Sterling Carpets is Excellent!!! – We highly recommend Sterling Carpets!!! They were extremely helpful in helping us select the carpet for our home. Love My Carpet! – About 11 years ago we used Sterling Carpet to purchase our carpeting and were very satisfied. Recently we decided we needed a change of color and style, even though our carpet was still in excellent condition. We went back to Sterling and once again received excellent service. The showroom was great with many choices,( even when you have one color in mind.) Sterling was great!!!!' – My husband and I wanted to write a review to express how happy we were with sterling carpet. We just had our new stain master carpet put in and we couldn't be more happy. The service was the best we found at any of the other places we shopped and the prices were like ten dollars a yard less than the other three stores we shopped with. Very pleased with Sterling – Had a good experiecne with them the three times I have used them. A friend told me about them a few years ago and they have been nothing but good. I recently had a rental unit I needed done by the next day and they had a bunch of rolls in stock to choose from and were able to put it in the next day. Also had a small bathroom of tile to do and they did that as well at a good price. I recommend them to anyone.

terrible experience – Did not install the expensive carpet I purchased correctly. I look at the visible seam in my living room everyday. The house was empty when they installed the carpet, but they overlapped the seams and used two different thicknesses of carpet padding. Buyer Beware!!!!

I purchased carpet for my new home from Sterling. Empty house. No furniture. The installer's overlapped the carpet, so there was a large lumpy seams, in 3 of the 5 rooms. After much discussion Sterling agreed to repair 2 of the 3 seams. Essentially the easiest carpet installation and they screwed it up. DON'T USE THEM FOR INSTALLATION.

great service,selection and prices – I recently purchased my carpet from here and was very happy. Their service was great. The sales man Dan really helped me find something that would look great in my home and in my price range. I shopped around a few other stores too and found Sterling prices to be the best. They told me everything up front and didn't have all the add on's on the back end like a lot of the other stores I went to. Their installers were professional and hardworking and did a great job.
