The property is absolutely fantastic and the amenities are really cool!
Living at Sterling has been the best housing I’ve had in all my 4 years in college station. The amendities are amazing, the quality of rooming for student living is superb, and the staf are wonderful especially Kathleen! I would recommend living here to anyone who loves convenience, luxury living and great location.
I love Sterling Northgate! It’s so close to campus and the pool is amazing. I would definitely recommend living here.
Every Wednesday they allow my dog to come get a treat and a toy!
The two ladies that work in the 11th floor offices are LEGIT the sweetest people in the world they are always SO DARN friendly and helpful big thanks to them! 🦄
