Landlord was negligent in making repairs, unless we were persistent in requesting the issues be resolved. Upon move in, home was not clean, carpet had not been professionally cleaned, ceiling above fireplace had significant damage from prior leak, front door didn't shut properly, nearly every window was missing screen, there were holes in multiple closet doors, closet doors were broken/fallen off tracks, drywall had damage throughout home, clearly indicating they did not paint the home or do any work after previous resident ... read more
