Meh..Individually owned 1 - 3 bedroom condo beachfront units. The condition of unit depends on the owner and management. It's an older 23 story beachfront resort. Only two elevators which are slow and usually crowded. I ended using the staircase often because I was on the lower level to save the wait. $50 Parking garage across the street for the resort's parking. Nice place to visit if you're going to Panama City Beach
*All of the condos are privately owned so my review is a little of everywhere* Our condo was on the 17th floor. It was beautiful and spacious for the 6 of us. Owner was nice and responsive. Stunning views and great location within distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. There are only two elevators for 23 floors and one was broke off and on the last three days which made waits upwards of 40 minutes.
