Love Sterling Beach Resort! On the quiet side of Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park (great for kids to explore on gentle less waved coastline). Heated pool! Hot tub! Big parking lot! Never a wait at elevator! Workout room facing the gulf! Grill patio area! HUGE balconies. Very nice crowd...most are owners who live there.

Very nice beach… not a ton of people which was a huge plus. The guys working on the beach was super helpful-even kept our sand toys for us so we didn’t have to track extra sand toys our room. We stayed in 406, and it had everything we needed for the kitchen and to make a nice stay. The table was plenty big to have family from another condo come share meals with us. The decor was nice too… highly recommend 406!
