great customer service – I took my car to sterling automotive repair for a brake job and a running problem. They did a great job.the car never ran so good.They were very nice people to work with they gave me a ride home and pick me up when it was ready.The price was good but yhe service was great from start to finish.I would highly recommend sterling auto.Since then my son has been there for a oil change and he said they where very nice,my family is hooked !!! Avoid this mechanical – Very upset expeirence! I went there twice for a minor problem and the problem was still there after they charged me $600+. Don't want to go there the third time. Don't understand why it has a overall score at 9.3. From my point of view, the score is misleading. I went there for the high review score but its service was far from 9.3 out 10.
