Oh my gosh. These guys had my Jeep for a diagnosis and pointed out a pretty bad and totally unrelated parts failure that would have stranded me if it had not been replaced. I so appreciate their attention to detail and level of care.
Sterling Auto Care advertised a premium AC recharge for $129.90 (see attached photo) with no further specifications. We believed the advertisement and made an appointment. We took our car in, only for them to not honor the deal because my car requires a different refrigerant, yet there was no mention of which refrigerants this ad is limited to beforehand. These guys quickly found out that my AC compressor was just not connected and the also replaced the fluid. Great price, honest, we were so grateful that we found them. The booking process was also really easy.
