Got my engine replaced from them about a year ago now. Engine runs and drives fine but it makes a weird noise coming from the fan clutch that it didint make before I replaced engine and I got my oil change done and was informed that my oil pan is bent and you can tell it didint get damaged by a rock or anything I drive a truck you can see it was damage done by them and they tried to have hide it and I also have a oil leak coming from the crankshaft bushing. Great service! Unfortunately our engine had a small leak in the head gasket, but luckily for us the used car we had just gotten came with a warranty. So Sterling helped us fix it. And the whole time they were attentive, informative and easy going.
The manager here sure is a great guy, I came here to ask if they installed helper bags for a small hybrid suv, knowing very well that helper bags for smaller vehicles most likely don't exist, instead of him sending me off and calling me an idiot, he gave me multiple tips on what to do next, to go to uhaul and maybe get a trailer, as well as recommended me to change out my engine fluids as soon as I made it to my destination in Texas.
