Avoid this place like plague! The management is the worst. They not only are dismissive and treat tenants like children, but also steal from you without you noticing and lie about it. Do NOT live here.
Avoid arbor blu apartments on church street. They will steal your security deposit, they will lie to you to get you to sign a lease and everything is low quality. For over 1 year we lived in dust, construction, broken intercom system, dirty outside Windows, lack of security in lobby, and lies about when the roof top deck can be used. It is the perfect example of high rise luxury living ripping off students. Avoid, avoid , avoid. You can do better without dealing with liars.
Overall, my experience with Arbor Blu has been a negative one. My first mistake was signing a lease here when the building was not even finished. In hindsight, the pricing is way too much and not worth what you actually get. A fair amount of the furniture is cheap and broke with the first month (My roommate was adjusting the blinds one day and they completely broke off never to be replaced).
