As a resident, I would like to thank the company for doing absolutely NOTHING in the way of rent relief for students who have been in limbo on classes and for the many who are no longer in Ann Arbor. We still have no clue about next year, but we know for sure that we will owe thousands regardless! RecommendedArborBlu was a great place for my son to stay during his college years in Ann Arbor. The staff was wonderful, especially Jimmy Arnold, he went out of his way to take care of us whenever we had questions or concerns. I highly recommend you seriously consider leasing at ArborBlu!
I'm super anxious to move to Arbor Blu. I'm sure it's going to be an extraordinary experience. Both I and my girlfriend, we hope to meet many fun people and be very comfortable in the extraordinary department.
I just moved in yesterday, and everyone in the leasing office has treated me so well. They helped me out so much by allowing me to sign a lease 3 weeks after the move-in date (it was a lot of extra paperwork for the manager). The first apartment I was assigned already had someone living in it, and as soon as I walked in I could tell that I wouldn't have been happy living there (smelled bad, ugly decorations, not clean). The people who own ArborBLU should be ashamed of themselves. The owners and operators (Sterling) are classic examples of corporate lowlifes and thugs who bully students into overpaying for low quality housing. I recently did a lease take over from someone and plan to live at ArborBLU again in the fall. It was a GREAT experience and the property is awesome. The on site staff and management were so nice! Maintenance was quick to respond and always a pleasure to speak with! Can't wait for the fall!!
