Cheaply made. rents way too high for what it is. Had to get a police report for false noise complaints that went on for months. Raised rent then rented it back out to other people for original price. Just a scummy money grabbing company. Don’t expect a deposit back. Best thing about this place is the maintenance team they’re always quick and do a good job.
We moved here as a last option and this place is in fact a very money hungry company, made cheaply and they will charge you for it. Before moving in we had doors off of the hinges, bathroom counter could easily move off the wall, might as well used crayola paint on the walls. Month to month our rent included an insane amount of little fees even charged for not using their internet service. We paid $1600 a month for a two bedroom after all said and done, planned to renew our lease until our rent got raised and essentially wan... read more
Absolute worst place to live, had to almost sue them because we got accused of having an unauthorized dog even though the dog was very clearly on the lease.
Just as beautiful as when I first came in 2009, not much has changed. The people are very kind and you definitely get your steps in!
