One year at The Sterling. Do not rent here. My fiancée and I lived here for a year after moving from out of state. This seems to be everyones out of state landing place from what we discovered so let me save you some pain. We now pay $100 less for an amazing 2 bed 2 bath elsewhere in Kearney than we paid for a 1 bed 1 bath at The Sterling. Call a local realtor. They're free to renters and extremely helpful. Cheaply made. rents way too high for what it is. Had to get a police report for false noise complaints that went on for months. Raised rent then rented it back out to other people for original price. Just a scummy money grabbing company. Don’t expect a deposit back. Best thing about this place is the maintenance team they’re always quick and do a good job.
We moved here as a last option and this place is in fact a very money hungry company, made cheaply and they will charge you for it. Before moving in we had doors off of the hinges, bathroom counter could easily move off the wall, might as well used crayola paint on the walls. Month to month our rent included an insane amount of little fees even charged for not using their internet service.
