Currently live at the sterling apartments management previously with Jody and Judy was amazing! Communication was easy even answering the phone or even returning a phone call after leaving a message was good as well! But with new management all those things went down hill can’t ever get someone to answer the phone or even get a phone call back after leaving multiple messages communicating has never been so hard and I think at this point you have to go into the office to even get your point across or be heard! I just moved in after spending way too many years renting from one of the bigger property management companies in town. The Sterling has truly been such an improvement and it really does feel like a community. Management has been accommodating and the communication about routine building maintenance has been on point. The amenities really do make this an elevated living experience. I love coming home to The Sterling!
Lived here for three months. Overpriced under delivered. You can hear everything outside. The AC in the studios don’t cool the kitchen because it’s a wall unit. you can hear everything from the hallways. As well as having to pay community fees, etc. When I first moved in the sliding door, wouldn’t lock while it was a high of -3 out, the fan in the bathroom barely turns on, the closet door won’t shut, kind of ridiculous. Not worth the price they’re charging, especially with people locked into lower rates around $900 a month. ... read more
I just recently moved in, but the process went smooth and they’ve been quick on a couple of maintenance request that I’ve had. I love that they have community events also.
