Vivi aqui por año y medio y mi experiencia no fue buena,vivir en pisos bajos es pésimo pues escuchas hasta lo q no debes de los vecinos,si estas buscando paz este no es el lugar, sin contar q en algunos casos se roban los paquetes, con quien si tuve buena experiencia fue con el encargado de mantenimiento,muy servicial y respetuoso.
I went to the management office today because a package was mistakenly delivered to my old address. The tracking shows it was received there, but the staff at the office made no effort to help me locate it, check cameras, or look into the matter at all. With the previous management, situations like this were handled properly, but with the current administration, the experience has been awful and completely uncooperative. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see this level of lack of attention.
Cheaply made apartments that look nice, could hear a mouse fart from the floor above. Moved in and had issue with chaotic renters in the room above. Landlords continued to come up with excuses for them never solving the issue. I chose a poor roommate, and I was made the bad guy by the landlords after trying to hold them accountable for paying their bills! This place is way overhyped since it's a newer but cheap complex while charging a small fortune and kept my deposit and a $300 fine for smoking on the patio/balcony outside... read more
