After living at the Sterling for a year I am more than ready to find someone here else to live. They’re a money grab! Units are overpriced and cheaply made. The first week I moved in paint was rubbing off the walls in the bathroom. The faucets water pressure was way too high and very sensitive. Judy and Jodi (old apartment managers) were very easy to communicate with on any issues I had. The new managers make it difficult to communicate. Management has been so helpful and communicative. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed (in unit laundry is a huge plus). We love it!
