We used Sterling a while back and it was a bit bumpy on the day of the event. Half the venue had cold/room temp food. My favorite part was the breakdown during the cake portion where we were blamed in front of everyone for giving the staff two cakes. One was visual and the other was to be served, they served both on one tiny plate. The tasting dinner what was what sold us, definitely did not translate to day of event.
