Absolutely Disappointing Service and Lack of Communication I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. Called into their customer service 4 times with each call lasting about 20-30 minutes, only to be told the driver had already come to our facility. A total lie. No phone call to our office to state there would be difficulties. And now I have to wait until 9/5/23, to get this resolved, since the entirety of Stericycle is transitioning to a new system. What a completely ridiculous waste of time.

We have been trying to get resolution of a double-billed issue for over 4 months now and they refuse to actually address the problem. We have been told to look for a check in the mail with our refund over the next 30 days repeatedly. Each time the 30 days comes and goes without a check to be seen. They still will not allow us to speak with a manager. There is no continuity within this company and I have never had a worse experience.
