Terrible customer service. This company has repeatedly caused my cortisol levels to spike. We are finally got out of a 5 year contract for medical waste disposal. The customer service line is useless. All they do is give you a reference number and say you'll get a call back but you never do! Avoid at all costs! There are way better options out there. Cheaper, better customer service and no contract required.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Stericycle and would strongly discourage anyone who relies on them for timely medical waste disposal. Our sharps container pickups were a constant problem. Stericycle repeatedly missed scheduled pickup dates, even after confirming them in advance. I'd receive a confirmation call the day before, only for nobody to show up. Instead, drivers would often arrive on days or at hours when our business wasn't even open. Absolutely Disappointing Service and Lack of Communication I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. I’ve been in my current role for 8 months, and from day one, I’ve been trying to get in touch with Stericycle to renegotiate our contract.
