It sucks!!!! I wouldnt recommend stereo zone if you are planning on installing a system they will sell you used stereos...then they say that I comes with life warranty but its not true I had bad expirence with them I bought a stereo but It didnt last a year so I went back and they gave me another used one they suck...
Two thumbs up whats up guys, I'm not the type to write reviews. When I seen all the negative comments on here I just had to post one. I recently received my tax return check and was recommended by a buddy if mine to Stereo Zone. I must say I was very pleased with the service and installation. I didn't have much to spend so the store manager Sammy really gave me a great package deal. So I would definately give them two thumbs up. Dont listen to all the hatred out there. Thank you to the guys at Stereo Zone.
Stereos Stereo Zone has good prices and a wide arrange of things to buy from. Depending on your budget you can buy a very lavish and great system but if you're on a small budget you can still get a good system for your money. They offer installation that seemed to be a good deal; I haven't had any experience with that from them though.
BAD BAD JOB! TRUCK ALMOST CAUGHT ON FIRE! Stereo Zone totally SUCKED A$$ they ruined our truck head rest, the quality of job was horrible! the car almost caught on fire due to a poor wiring job! the inside of the car smoked up entirely! they are lucky it did not catch on fire! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Their prices are low but their systems are CRAPPY! From now on i suggest use Best Buy or something like that to have good warranty and professional installation!

THE PLACE TO GO Stereo Zone Is the PLACE TO GO, I recently went there with my 2005 Maxima to look into installing a NAVIGATIONAL/AUDIO SYSTEM into my car...The guys there are very friendly and their pricing is very good, I price checked three other stores and found out that Stereo Zone was the best price in town.. I am very satisfied and will be back for all my future car stereo needs.
BEWARE This Place Is Crap!!! I had purchased an alarm for my 95 EG they installed motors for my doors so my locks can lock automatically.. Well they broke the locks and now I have to repair them my passenger door doesn't open. They broke my door handle and I didn't noticed till I got home they tried to "fix" it by putting a bit of plastic in the hole keeping it from falling off.. Unethical Business Practices! I agree with the majority, this place is a downright ripoff! Advertised prices in the penny saver are attractive but once go there beware, I bought a Motevo navigation head unit that only lasted 5 months. When I took it back the salesmen now claimed that it was a factory warranty and they would be happy to reprove the stereo however I would have to return it myself. garbage stereo zone This place is garbage. They say lifetime warranty and then they refer u to the contract limitations. So basically they scrw u. They stock is extremely over priced with no set prices they try to get u with whatever amount u let em. Installers do sloppy jobs. If your looking for car audio and video then keep looking. Trust.
