Let me start by saying it takes A LOT for me to give a business a bad review. I understand the frustration of trying to make every customer happy, and I'm not usually one to complain. The older gentleman was great. The installation guy is rude, unprofessional and degrading. Did poor work.
I went in to the store because the fob for my autostart was draining batteries every month or so. I was informed that I couldn’t purchase a new fob because the company was no longer making them and the only way to get a working autostart was to completely replace the system. I did some checking and found this was information was incorrect and was able to purchase a new fob from a different business. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth as it felt like a money grab.
Excellent customer service every time I walk in the place. They will get my business every time I need audio assistance. Kerry went so far out of their way to help me with a key fob that was discontinued and got me 2 new fobs and antenna w install way cheaper than anyone else. They are busy so please be patient!!
Highly recommend this shop. I called about my subwoofer not working and was able to get scheduled in at the end of the day (same day service). I took my car in and was greeted by the owner who started getting to work on my car immediately while his lead technician was finishing up another job. The lead technician took over and diagnosed the problem and fixed two other issues that he found as well. Great customer service throughout. Fixed my remote start super quick and fair prices great customer service.
These guys are cheaper than what the local GM dealer would have charged me for taking out the BOSE Amplifier of my vechile which sadly was shot and I have some ideas about that, and soon as I have the new one, I'm going to have them put it in.
