I had them install door speakers in my hatch with the speakers I supplied with the hardware. The speakers were installed, but the hardware I had included like adapters so that cutting and splicing the factory wiring would not be necessary. This makes it extremely difficult to return back to stock if needed because the stock speakers scratch to a clip at the end of the harness. Terrible service!!!!!!!!!! We waited for 3 hours, they ignored us 3/4 of the time, broke something, and still made us pay full price!!!!!!
Once I walked in to the store,boom 2 guys help me and I got me a stereo and while I was waiting the offered me water and had a conversation the whole time I was there.once it was done they showed me how it worked. These guys show they take care of my customers!
theses dudes are sick! they did everything i wanted perfect! and the salesmen helpped me with all my needs and treats me like im his friend. he talked to me the whole time i was there. not like the other shops ive been in they just let me sit and wait.they got my business whenever i need some sounds! hope you guys do it big! and thanks again
im not from yakima but i was in town and i was with out a stereo and so i was browseing around and i went to 3 store in yakima and stereo one was by far the best they were clean,fast,and jes was like up front with everything he told told me how fast what i needed and if i didnt know what he was talking about he was very detailed with somehing he said and man those guys r fast when in comes to audio and clean work but back in memphis shops just like to break things but not here i checked my whole ford and nothing these guys c... read more
i give these guys thumbs up just because it was about 10 pm and i went to the audio store the road from stereo one and they told me there closed and to come tomorrow pretty rude so i was on my way home and i saw stereo one ive never seen the place there but i noticed the open sign was off but i saw people in there so i went to check it out.so i went and some salesmen i think jessy he said come rite and he showed all the things i wanted and they were way cheaper than the other audio shop from down the road and i asked so can ... read more
