I brought a flip screen to be installed there and before he knew it was a flip screen he said $50 to installed when he saw it was a flip screen he said $75. At that time I didn't know any better but I just switched that stereo to my other car and realized they cut my factory wiring harness and the install was the same as any aftermarket radio. These guys are jackasses
I would highly recommend shopping @ Stereo King of Torrington! I purchased a car stereo as a gift for a family member and Bruno and his helper were GREAT! They took care of everything in a timely manner and recommended better speakers that actually ended up being better quality for less money! When was the last time a retailer did that for you? Check out the King for satisfaction guaranteed!
Bruno is great. If people suggest you go to Wal-Mart you can pretty much tell how many teeth that guy has.Great sound, installation seamless. Plus look around, his prices are beyond competitive.
Don not go to Stereo King, I set up an appointment with Bruno for window tinting, as was told because it was a new style, it would be more expensive and take longer, like most of the day. I Set up the appointment, and when I got there was told that I would have to leave the car overnight! Poor business ethics, I traveled from Sharon to Torrington for nothing. Will never go back, and will never recommend, stay away.

NEVER GO TO STEREO KING! The man will rip you off i guarantee you. He will not do returns under any circumstances. Go to Best Buy or Walmart if you want to get a custom sound system. Pass the word along- do not go to stereo king, please.
