I spent almost $5k at another stereo shop off of 91 and Tyler and system was mediocre at best . Had some issues with speakers not working so i went to Stereo City - Ontario because of prior experience with first install shop did not trust them to fix problem . Jesse at Stereo City was honest and very accommodating to my needs . We switched out all the door speakers in my wife’s VW Atlas which were switched out before from the first shop with Focal components . Stereo city was a great experience. They were priced fairly, the work was excellent, and clear/seamless. Customer service was also excellent. I will be returning for more.
Awesome service!! I called ahead to make sure they were able to install a screen to my vehicle and they took every detail down, even to the brand of the screen, size of the screen, and even if my vehicle had the JBL upgrade or not. They kept their price solid price as I was originally quoted over the phone, and they even took the time to try to teach me how to use the screen.
