Really nice clean gym Deepa, Personal Trainer is excellent i am of senior age and Deeper was great was a bit nervous at first as had never had a personal trainer before but she showed me the correct way to use the equipment and pushed me just enough very impressed.

This place is so welcoming. Deepa and her team are very friendly and keep the place so clean. It’s a small / medium size gym but it has whatever I needed for my daily workout . Highly recommended

I’ve had a great experience training with Deepa. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in helping me reach my goals. Every session is well-structured, challenging, and tailored to my needs, with a strong focus on proper technique. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength and overall fitness. The gym is also always clean and well organised, which makes training there even better. Highly recommend Deepa to anyone looking for a motivating and dedicated personal trainer.

I recently joined Stepz fitness Rousehill . This is very clean gym and not much crowded. Staff is extremely helpful. I have taken PT sessions with Deepa and must accolade her passion. Her expertise and encouragement makes a lot of difference to the fitness journey. She is friendly as well as sincere towards her sessions goals. Very happy to be part of Stepz fitness community
