I was with Stepz Fitness Rouse Hill for about a year, and the facilities there are fantastic and were always kept clean. There’s a lot of variety in machines and equipment to suit every level of training, and whilst the space is on the smaller side, it’s used super effectively. The equipment and machines are modern and in great condition. The staff have always been welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. Lots of parking available and it’s conveniently located. A great, affordable gym that I’d highly recommend to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience training with Deepa. As a beginner, I was a little nervous at first, but she made everything so easy to understand. Deepa explained each exercise very clearly, step by step, and also demonstrated the correct posture and form which really boosted my confidence. She was very patient, attentive, and made sure I was doing the exercises safely and effectively. an air-conditioned, clean gym, with a very good space, with an attentive staff
