Wow! was my experience, I called StepUp Maids and asked them tons and tons of questions. I was reluctant to give my credit card info over the phone, but they made the entire process painless, assuring, and seamless. What I loved about StepUp Maids, they didn’t charge my credit card until after the cleaning was complete, and they inquired how the cleaning went, and any areas of improvements. My cleaner was so pleasant and detailed!
Our cleaners have been on-time, friendly, efficient, and thorough! The cost of the cleaning has been fair, especially for our regular monthly cleanings after the first deep cleaning, which I highly recommend. StepUp Maids is responsive to change in scheduling and are good!
