I had an appointment with Dr. Wilfredo Bravo scheduled for 12 PM, but I was not seen until 4 PM. During those four hours, I was not given a clear explanation for such a long delay, and I did not observe any emergency that would justify it. When I was finally seen, Dr. Bravo told me that he does not work with the lab tests ordered by my primary care physician and sent me for different ones.
