My husband and I have had an excellent experience living at Steps Bridgeland. The building is modern, clean, and in a great location with beautifully designed interiors. Lived in this building for 1 year (jan-2024 to dec-2024). One bedroom, downtown facing. Pros: - Location, proximity to train stration, great neighbourhood, lots of parks within walking distance and downtown also walking distance. - Even given the proximity to downtown, the area was not noisy or overly populated with the homeless comunity. - Concrete walls and floors/ceilings make the unit very sound proof, which is rare in Canada with so much dry wall everywhere. My mother (a senior) just moved in to this complex and so far her experience has been very positive. Peter is very kind, prompt, responsive and professional. Her unit is quiet and has great views.
Couldn't have a smoother experience, from viewing to renting. Well-managed and clean building. Shoutout to the resident manager Peter; He is very professional and readily available to help and answer any questions before, while and after move-in.
