Poor communication. Office stay does not return repeated calls.
I was her patient for almost 10 years. We had a great relationship. Then I allowed her to treat my IBS knowing that SSRI's aren't good for me. The office didn't even offer the DNA Test. I was having bad reactions and she wouldn't answer my calls and when I needed her the most she dropped me like I was nothing. Do yourself a favor and find a Nurse Practitioner who actually cares about her patients. The staff there consistently drops the ball when it comes to relaying information to their patients. The psychiatrist there Laura Houwers is very nonchalant when it comes to voicing these concerns, and same goes for their office manager Jessica.Instead of trying to help deal with the issue they would prefer you just going somewhere else and agree with that statement .As far as communication goes they consistently drop the ball there as well ,requiring you to send in documents multiple times and it taking over a month to be f... read more
Wasted my time and money to go back to a regular doctor. 😒 not like I can see anyone else. One therapist was $200 the other was $400. This was the only decent price I could find. And I made the mistake of giving them money all to have them uninterested.
