The policies of Stepping Stones are incompatible with people who rely upon an emotional support dog. Not a dog friendly environment, unfortunately. The staff has been largely positive, but upper management seems resistant to helping people steer through difficulties and life's crises and trials. The services I’ve received have been very beneficial. They work around my schedule and provide good care.
Loved them until I started having car issues and asked them to stop scheduling me for the moment and then they continued to schedule me and I was getting no notifications of this until they called me and told me they could no longer see me. Since then I’ve tried to get back in but have been told im ineligible so 🤷🏻♀️
