My son had a productive cough and fever for several days. He could not expectorate well with the cough. I took him in to Dr Kim's office and, as usual, was told that we had to seen by one of Dr Kim's Nurse Practitioners. I could not recall when last we saw the MD himself. I have insisted on seeing the Dr there more than once and never do. Or if I do I have to wait more than an hour to see him. Their nurse practitioners are great, but I want to see a doctor. I called twice today asking for a nurse to call me back and nothing. I showed up for an appointment and was told it was actually 30min later (sorry your admin staff got this wrong) and that they are running behind (no surprise). We made an appointment for a hearing and vision screening. The staff did not communicate to us that they refuse to do the screening because my son is not up to date on his vaccines until we got to the office for the appointment. We needed this form by tomorrow in order to register him for school.
RecommendedI cannot recommend Dr. Kim and his staff members like Rhonda and Victoria enough. I have three children and one is special needs. Dr. Kim and his staff have supported, loved and advocated for my child in a way that brings me to tears to write about it. Our gratitude is overwhelming!
They have been great! Never have to wait and super nice! Love that they have a sick side and healthy side that are on opposite sides of the building.
Beautiful office! They are able to accommodate same day appointments. The staff are all so welcoming. The providers are sweet and caring. I’m a first-time Mama and they always answer my zillion questions too :)

Dr Kim and his staff are AMAZING! I love that my daughters are treated as unique individuals and are given the best care and attention available! I’ve highly recommended this group to many friends!
