As a parent, I've found Stepping Stone and LifeFX to be quality service providers and would highly recommend them. I particularly appreciate their embrace of scheduling and communication technology and the variety of practical services provided. My perspective is informed by experience in multiple geographies over many years--they really stand out in a good way!
This place is a scam. Stay away! Took me three months to get in and they made all these promises of so many services available but could only get me just therapy. This has been the most unorganized clinic I've ever come across when dealing with mental health. They can't even figure out how to do billing correctly to my health insurance after 3 months in seeing just the therapist. They always blame my health insurance for the long process. I've never left a bad review for a place before, but please avoid this place if possible. I used their services for a couple months last year and received the worst service. I had to re-explain myself at the beginning of each session. The "therapist" hardly remembered anything I told her, and I often finished each session feeling worse then when I started.
