As good as it gets for visiting the dentist. Cauleen Stepp is a wonderful doctor and her staff is professional, cheerful and courteous. After 45+ years with the same dentist (he retired) it was a significant challenge to find another doctor to feel comfortable and confident with. Stepp Family Dentistry suits very well.

I had a tooth issue that needed to be seen quickly, so I decided to have my first visit with Dr. Stepp. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the office returned my call and were able to get me scheduled quickly. I was not there, but my wife who is in a wheel chair and her Social Worker were pleased.
In addition to providing quality dental work, Cauleen is thoughtful, attentive and has the best dentist bedside manners our family has ever encountered. She is excellent with our young boys who love seeing her because their appointments are pain free and the bonus of movie watching and little prizes. Cauleen is thorough, honest, and will not pressure you into getting unnecessary work done. I was unavoidably late, staff handled nimbly - pretty much unflappably. Multi layer procedures. Went well. Got it all done despite my tardiness. Dr Stepp is an excellent Dentist. Very thorough and gentle. No pain whatsoever either this visit or the prior for an extraction. Jessica a bit rough, could use more finesse on hydro pressure device. Everything else was dandy.
