Verizon It took me "18" people to resolve a technical issue that should not have gone past 2. I was very disappointed at the soooorryyy attitude. I am flabberghasted , as soon as I can change providers I will.

sceptical The people at Step N Out were very rude the second i walked in the door, but once they saw i was a "SERIOUS" customer, they decided to kiss up BIG TIME. I really like Shawna, she was awesome, but rude and cold to begin with, she warms up to you! I am concerned out my bridesmaid dresses, i noticed another person made a note about her bridesmaids dresses being too big...i believe i will have the same issue. One of my bridesmaids is a size 6....they put her in a 14! I hope i dont regret this!
Go in, Don't call When I went in to try on dresses, the lady who helped me was SO amazing! I couldn't have asked for anything more out of customer service! But I'd called twice and I got the same lady both times. Let's just say the lady was "less then helpful." She was incredibly rude! I called to ask some questions about ordering a dress and the time line, she was horrible! She pretty much told me I was wasting my time with my time line. Knowledgable Staff - Beautiful Selections The bridal consultants handled every detail. Very happy with the wedding dress. Was not happy with the fitting of the bride and bride's attendants. After fittings the dresses all came in big - we had to pay to have them altered.
