The old lady at the reception desk needs to quit and retire she has no spark in life she brings her ugliness down on others we will never go there even if my dog's leg is falling off .. Stay away unless you like being belittled and barked at I think she is turning into an animal herself..
dr. Etheridge has been so awesome with our baby girl Madison. He has called to follow up with us and continues to ask about her. he is the best!!
I love bringing my furbabies here --- they r all great I've been knowing them for yrs. They have been doing a great job --- They are professional N very polite always ---
The doctor did all he could to help save my cat. I ended up putting him to sleep. They were very nice and let us stay the whole time to say goodbye. Never had a problem here.
Very terrible experience lady up front was so rude! Brought it to her attention she replied I thought the same way about you! Not a good impression took my pet for an examine and guy didn't even care enough to do what he was supposed to! Waste of money DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Dr. Ethridge is the best vet I have ever encountered! My pets have been going to him for almost 20 yrs! I love all the staff and would never take my pets anywhere else! He is the most compassionate vet that I have ever met.
Dr. Etheridge and staff are very caring, competent, and affordable! Boo has been going to Stephenson Veterinary Hospital for about 11 years.
Had a great experience here. Reception staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Etheridge was very friendly and gentle with my cat, Sterling. His assistant was petting him, talking to him, made him feel safe. He didn't even make a sound when the Dr. vaccinated him. I was able to pick up some Hill's Science Diet dry food while I was there. I will continue bringing my furbaby here.
