They did a lovely job, replacing one of the roofs of a rental property of mine. Also, they replaced the roof of a shed at another property. I was so appreciative of their honesty and integrity. They found that they had leftover material from my house that they could use on my shed in which they saved me $300 off the original quote. That was so kind of them because they did not have to do that. I am sure most roofers would stick to the quote. Thank you again.
Stephenson roofing replaced my roof, added more vents and replaced 3 skylights. Several years later we are selling our property and the buyers inspection suggested an issue with our skylights. I called Gord, he immediately came up with a plan of action including bringing in the Owner Brad and offered to use their own inspector or one of my choosing to check their work.
