Stephenson roofing replaced my roof, added more vents and replaced 3 skylights. Several years later we are selling our property and the buyers inspection suggested an issue with our skylights. I called Gord, he immediately came up with a plan of action including bringing in the Owner Brad and offered to use their own inspector or one of my choosing to check their work. I am so, so glad we went with Stephenson Roofing for this project! The results are fantastic. We just bought a house whose roof was at least 20 years-old; it was covered in moss, most of the fascia boards were rotted, and the paint was peeling off the wood.
