Jessee was a lifesaver to me. I didn’t really know anything about Airbnb or but I wanted to rent out my Lake house to help pay the taxes and he kind of took me by the hand and took care of everything. He’s got the cleaning crew. I haven’t had any complaints from our tenants And we booked it a lot more than I expected to. And the greatest thing is the renters don’t even know who I am and they don’t even talk to me so he takes. He takes care of everything. He makes it really easy.
I’ve been working with Stephenson for years now. They’re a great manager to work with. I love their integrity, which is lacking in many other property managers today. I highly recommend them for all your long/mid/short term rentals.

Put in an application then called and texted repeatedly to see if there was anything else I needed to do. I was told no. I then called again and thanked them for being patient and working with us because we were not in control of getting them the RTA form we needed to give them. In that same call I informed them that we had finally gotten the form and if I could set up a meet for them to sign the form. I was told to send it through email insinuating everything was ok.
