DO NOT trust this guy. NOT professional work or conduct. Read all the way. He keeps getting bad ratings and so starts new accounts. I hired him to replace a roof, replace a leaking top gutter, and fix an area on the roof where water was collecting. Two years later, I just had to pay someone else to replace the top gutter for me. The roof still collects water. And the place where he replaced the shingles, he cut them too short so water was leaking in. Again, had to pay someone to seal this up for me. TERRIBLE job. EXTREMELY rude! I called to ask about a website I could see for images and booking. Mr. Stephenson was only sarcastic and rude in response. Save your money !!!
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I called them and the man starts yelling at me! I DO NOT recommend Stephenson Family Roofing if you want to be treated like a normal human being.
Please don’t book this company they are scam artists. They never follow up with you about your warranty. A year later and i’m back to having a leaky roof. I try to get in contact with them and they say they’ll come out a certain day and never come. I guess they’re waiting for the warranty to run out so they won’t have to honor it. I also called multiple times about receiving my receipt for the job and nothing. They “claim” to have sent it to my email but i checked even the spam folder and i didn’t receive a thing.
