The staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. For a trip to the ER it was pleasant
Everyone was so nice and attentive to my every need. Nicest staff I ever had in a hospital.
The nurses were good but the dr was ready to leave cause it was shift change and i had to go tell them to come check on my daughter! Then my son in law had to get onto them 3 times to get them to even pay attention to get her treated. That is uncalled for.
I think SMH needs a new administrator!! Stop remodeling and get better staff!
My little boy came to the ER today with a cut finger. The staff did an excellent job making him comfortable! Everyone was very friendly and caring. Neisha and Mary Lou you rock!
Wonderful asset to the community. Staff in every department at SMH always willing to go the extra mile when caring for your love ones.
