I always leave Stephens City Family Dentistry knowing that I've received the best possible care. They are prompt with appointments and always very friendly and helpful if you have any concerns or questions. Katy is very knowledgeable and extremely good at her job.
Another lovely experience at the Dentist. I chipped my front tooth at noon and when I called all a panic they got me on the same day. Repaired the tooth and got me in my way within an hour. Courteous, plasant, and reassuring makes you leave a dental visit with a smile.
We were treated well and with respect. The hygienist and dentist were able to answer all of my questions. The hygienist was very friendly, asking my son about school, sports, and his summer plans. We are so pleased, since we were looking for a new dentist. It was a great first impression!
I tell all my friends at school to come to see all my mom's friends to have them clean their teeth! Dr. Lim is awesome!
Very polite service and helpful
We always recommend Stephens City’s Family Dentistry - the service by the office staff is incredible and the hygienists and dentists are excellent. We are so thankful for their constant kindness about rescheduling due to winter weather and their efficiency in estimating costs and billing.
Served early, was seated early. Excellent pain control and quick work I'm always treated like royalty or family: whichever is better! It's so nice to be able to say " oh, I LOVE my dentist" because it's the truth I recommend you when asked for a provider.
Always friendly. The office is very clean and employees are nice , helpful and gentle with my mouth.
