The office was very accommodating with my schedule and fit me in for what appeared an infection on my gums. Fortunately or unfortunately 6 hours after I called the inflammation had cleared up. Absolutely, embarrassed they assured me I was not crazy and listed all sorts of conditions could have caused the reaction. They gave me a method to communicate by using my phone camera with timely visuals going on. What a well ran establishment. From the time you enter the office, you are welcomed with a warm greeting from start to finish. Dr. Christopher and his assistant Sky worked well together. Better yet unfortunately I don’t remember all the staff names . All I can say is I did not get the same energy, that you would get from most dentist offices. My initial visit to Stephens & Gatewood Dentistry was great. The front desk staff were friendly and very courteous. The dentist and his assistant were extremely professional, friendly, polite and explained every aspect of the exam in detail. The environment was very calm and relaxed (not your typical dentist office), no stress whatsoever. I highly recommend Stephens & Gatewood Dentistry to anyone in need of excellent dental services. They are the best I have experienced in Texas.
