"I can't put in words what I've been experiencing the past several months. When you choose a Dr., you are choosing his/her entire staff as well. I see many Drs. and this staff is the worst by far. I thought my last neurologist's staff was horrible. So I came to Dr Wong based solely on his credentials. Big mistake. I have complex medical issues, that require caring, intelligent, and RESPONSIVE staff. I have called his office at least 10 times, written on MyChart. Thanks to him being incompetent, not only did I have to spend about $110 (round trip Uber) for medication that could've EASILY been refilled to my pharmacy, and now I can't drive till probably August because someone took about ONE month to fill out a form for the DMV. Personally wouldn't recommend seeing. Would honestly give a zero star review if it was there

Dr Wong has been my neurologist for approximately 5 months. My most recent visit was December 5th and I am very grateful for the care that I am receiving from he and his team. I appreciate his time, his attention to detail and his focus to find what will bring me back to full health.
