Worse office i have ever experienced..good luck trying to reach anyone. 20 mins on hold then they picked up and hung up the phone. Called back to be put on hold for 20 mins and again no response.
While Dr Wolf and his PA seem competent, return calls are difficult to get and it seems they lack interest in my care, wish I had read the other reviews before I went to this practice
Dr. Wolfe was attentive and thorough in his examination and reassured me about my tonsil health. I saw him at his Farmington office.
All staff was very friendly, and Dr. Wolfe is amazing. I had a surgery that was scheduled for 3 hours, it lasted 4 hours. Dr. Wolfe was patient and took his time to make sure it was done right! I was nervous as I had only met him once. The intake nurse told me if she were to have that surgery she would want Dr. Wolfe. After seeing him a few times after the surgery as well, I fully agree! He is very knowledgeable, personable and reassuring!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Completely unprofessional staff dressed like hoodlums and give crazy attitude but they also REFUSE to pick up the phone and/or call patients back. Bad enough I have health issues but I went to the “professional” to be told my SINUS THROAT AND EAR PAIN isn’t anything they can help with. The entire practice is a joke and as soon as I write this review I’m also calling the better business bureau and making a FORMAL complaint about them. Unbelievably disappointing
