When I came back to Phoenix ,after working and seeing a top notch doctor in Vegas for a torn medial meniscus and MCL, I was referred to banner ortho , and scheduled with this guy. I have had shoulder problems for over 2 years. I saw another doctor before and my shoulder issues continued. After 2 rounds of PT and a cortisone shot, I was referred to Dr. Ripple. When I first saw Dr. Ripple, he sat down with me and talked about all of my symptoms, looked at my MRI and talked about what the next steps would be. Dr. Ripple recently performed surgery to repair torn rotator tendons (3 of the 4 were completely torn) caused by a dislocation. Very good about explaining the procedure and what to expect during the recovery process. Saw me within a week after contacting his office, scheduled an MRI the next day and performed the surgery the week after. The surgery was a success and the shoulder is about 90% healed after five months. Easy to make follow up appointments. Would defiantly recommend Dr. Ripple.

Absolutely enjoy having Dr. Ripple as my orthopedic physician. He has gone above and beyond to explain my options. He gives his own personal opinion, but does not force it upon you. He has done this procedure many times and I can appreciate that he is willing to give opinions of what to do based on his experience with this in the past. He has made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about my whole ordeal and procedure. I feel that I am in good hands, literally, with Dr. Ripple as my physician.
