Office Staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Walker was very unprofessional,rude, poor communication skills, very inexperienced as he didn't seem to know what he was doing. Insisted on doing a 2nd X-Ray saying that the x-ray that I had brought with me could not be read. Spent 5 minutes and had misdiagnosed my condition which could of resulted in loss of a tooth. This Doctor runs a common scam of spending as little time as possible, does nothing and then will bill you for Consult Exam and X-Ray.
When other recommended dentists couldn't/wouldn't fit me in for an intensely painful tooth (most were 4-6 days out) Dr. Walker's office told me to come in today at 3:45. flexible = awesome. They stayed an hour and have late for me. The staff is really attentive, personal and enjoyable with whom to interact. Dentists and root canals don't scare me, but it is always a huge plus to have this kind of staff. Dr. Walker was very patient, concerned, attentive to my needs/pain level. The best.
