The doctor was extremely professional and answered all my questions. His whole staff that I dealt with was friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease.
I went to doctor Hiatt about hand pain. I had already been diagnosed with carpal tunnel by emgs done previously . Now Dr Hiatt said he couldn't do anything for me, or the pain of the carpal tunnel. So unfortunate. I asked him about the commercial I saw on TV. Where the elderly gentleman had carpal tunnel and it led them to a heart condition. Hiatt and his assistant laughed at me. I had a long wait but it was worth it. I finally felt like I was being heard about my problem. Dr. Hyatt took the time to do an xray and then talk to me about my problem and what can be done about. I'm scheduled for surgery soon and can't wait to leave the pain behind me.
