Multiple "appointment" requests to unio website to get an appt. Never got a call. Finally tried calling, on hold forever. Finally spoke to someone, but setting up an appointment by phone was just too painful ... couldn't understand each other. Maybe a good doctor, but will never know.
Office was clean and pleasant, customer service was great, Dr. Unterberg was knowledgable and professional.
Wonderful staff, and both Dr. Unterberg and PA Moreo are extremely competent and easy to work with, attentive, caring and responsive, not in a hurry with you and always answering all your questions, thoroughly; and very upbeat. And they remember their conversations with you from previous visits ... they really listen and pay attention. I always leave knowing I'm being well cared for. Five stars and smiley faces. You won't be disappointed.
Efficient, friendly and professional staff and physician. Clean and comfortable facilities. First rate.
