Pleasant and knowledgeable doctor, helped my husband by selecting correct treatment option and referred him to an amazing specialist who performed the necessary procedure.
Horrible experience, they are dangerously negligent. After Dr Uttenberg , whom we like, referred my husband StAT to PAE procedure to Blue Oceans practice ( after we carefully selected a Dr together), they have given me a printed referral to the correct place. However, they made a mistake internally and for some reason wrote a referral to Scripps in their system. I called multiple times and it took us 5 days to find out that the referral was made incorrectly internally. I alerted the office, I left a message for office manage... read more
Multiple "appointment" requests to unio website to get an appt. Never got a call. Finally tried calling, on hold forever. Finally spoke to someone, but setting up an appointment by phone was just too painful ... couldn't understand each other. Maybe a good doctor, but will never know.
Office was clean and pleasant, customer service was great, Dr. Unterberg was knowledgable and professional.
