Refused to submit documents to vision insurance, and would only submit them to medical insurance. Not sure what like of insurance scam they are running here, but there's obviously some problems.
Was hung up on by the receptionist, simply for asking for my medical documents. This place is a disgrace.
I found Dr Ume when I was searching for a Saturday eye doctor due to a change in my vision that was very scary. Once I called his office he was able to get me scheduled in at the last minute on a Saturday. I can honestly say Dr Ume is the best eye doctor I’ve ever had. He takes time and explains everything to you so you have a good understanding. He cares about his patients and his staff is great too..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dr. Ume is extremely talented and professional. He takes his time and explains everything during an exam. Which puts patients at ease. I highly recommend his practice.
Dr Ume was excellent! He went above and beyond answering every concern and question. He reassured me that everything was fine and showed me pictures of my optic nerves. He was very patient and kind. Highly recommend! He’s my ophthalmologist for life!
