the original dr I made an appt with left this clinic, so I was automatically moved to Dr Adams-Denny. When I arrived, they told me the dr was in surgery and 'could I wait a while.' After 25 minutes a NP student came in and asked me the most ridiculous questions about my period and uterus health I have ever heard. Dr Denny came in and never even asked me why I was there and just said 'are you up to date with your pap?' No niceties, no getting to know me. Dr. Chen has always listened to me carefully, understands me and is great about working WITH me regarding my care. We decide together if something is good or not good for me. I have been seeing her for around 15 years and I hope she never retires!
She's always on top of things. She does her work very well.
He does not listen to the patient and I will not be using his services again. He refused to prescribe medicine I needed that has worked for me in the past and stated for me to remain miserable another 4 days prior to receiving my needed medicine. I then had to seek medical care elsewhere that was able to act and assist with my infection

MA was very cold unattentive. Dr. Bunch did not greet me. She was harsh and said I do not see problems from another Dr. My plastic surgeon wanted an ASAP appointment with Dr. Bunch because of open abscesses on my right quadrant of my R breast where I had a mastectomy. Had been diagnosed with Staphylococcus Aureus. By my Primary Dr. Dr. at Nuvant Lakeside Primary had Cultured and put me on Keflix 500 3 times a day. Dr. Bunch was not kind or caring.
