Do not see this dentist Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I went to see this doctor and i noticed when I walked into the office and mentioned that I had Ohio Medicaid the demeanor of the staff completely changed. Im not sure if it was the color of my skin or the type of insurance, however I will never recommend this facility to anyone. They refused me to go in with my young child. Takes care of children I took my godson to see Dr. Carosello because his mother wanted him to get teeth imprints made. The staff was very nice and they did a complete exam of his mouth and teeth. The oral hygenist was very gentle with him and when Dr. Carolello came in and examined Ryan he was gentle. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the parents were not permitted to accompany the child during the exam. I have found this not to be the case at other offices. carosello I personally brought my whole family to this office including myself. I am on the ohio medicaid and to me we were treated differently. They are not nice (his staff). I thought they had huge attitude problems not to mention the dr barely said 2 words to me. it is not a friendly office at all you are just a number there. I recommend finding a different dentist.
Incompetent, Money-Grabbers DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'll break it down for you very easy. (1) They are more concerned about money than they are about the welfare of your teeth. (2) If they can find some way to ruin your teeth so they can make a buck off of it, they will. (3) They make you overpay -even when you have insurance - and then "HOLD" the money and tell you when you owe more that you have a small credit. (4) They are incompetent. friendly I am recently a new customer of Dr. Stephen Carosello. When I made an appointment on the phone the receptionist was very nice and even made sure I knew exactly where they were located. When I went there was atleast three people I saw before the dentist. All the staff was very personable but when it came to Dr. Carosello, he didn't seem to friendly. I guess he might be busy, though. DON'T GO TO CAROSELLO I also was duped. I was told that my medical covered my exams. NOT!!! I had two exams one month after each other. Then I get a letter in the mail saying I owe $300.00 for the two exams because this dentist is not on my plan, after the secretary told me I was. I was INFURIATED. I started paying $20.00 per month, and they still turned me over to collections. I stopped paying. BAD EXPERIANCE They screwed me on my insurance! I called before I schedule an appointment to see if they excepted my new insurance. They Told me I was covered only to find out (after my visit) I wasn't! Now i'm stuck with a bill for the full amount!! I called and tried to work it out with them and offered to pay half, but they said NO! Very rude and in my opinion they lied to me and i should not have to pay anything.
